  1. I think people should, cut down on all the junk food, and eat vegetable, fruits, and organic stuff. People should stand up against all these fast food restaurants, because that what is making them heaver, and having high blood pressure. This would keep the obese at a low rate.

  2. I think that people need to cut down on fat foods but how are you supposed to do that if healthy food is so much more expensive than fast food. But you can also exercise and try not to crave the fast food because if the fast food restaurants don't have any customers that will force them to go out of business.

  3. I think people should limit their junk food, and have more healthy food but it is so expensive so i think People should exercise more ofter, like 1 or 2 a week at least. I also think people should try to make an effort to stop craving food.

  4. I think that the decisions that people make about their life like eating different types of food will affect their weight, physical, mental, and social health. For example, fast food and junk food are easier to buy and eat, but that is not the best choice for you to live happily without obesity. But if you eat balanced meals daily, it's better for your body and wellness. I think that people should do what's better for them like eating healthy food and exercising daily to keep from getting obese and overweight. Plus if you stay healthy and active, it reduces the chance of many different diseases including diabetes and some types of cancer.

    1. I think that people should have more common sense not to do what is bad for you and in this case it's the type of foods that you eat. People know that it is bad for you but they still eat it anyway because it tastes good, it's cheap, and it's convenient .

  5. I think many people around the world should choose to eat healthy foods otherwise it can lead to weight and physical health problems. Fast food is tasty and cheap but what it contains can lead to very big problems in the health catagory. And if you stay fit and healthy, it lowers the chance of having diseases.

  6. I think that people should be properly educated about the food they are eating. After being educated, they should realise how unhealthy junk food is. They should look for a vegetable they like and try cooking it in ways that suit their taste.

  7. People eat at fast food restaurants because they are cheaper and that is all they can afford. Making food at home or at healthy restaurants is too expensive for some people. If only there was a healthy restaurant with a dollar menu then people could eat healthy without a problem. How can we make this happen?

  8. People eat at fast food restaurants because they cannot afford some food from the grocery store and healthy restaurants. If only there was a healthy restaurant with a dollar menu. Then there would not be an excuse for eating unhealthy. How can we make this happen?

  9. People should eat healthier by going to a non-fast food restaurant at least 5 days out of 7 but if they cant afford that then they should just eat at home.
